These training programs will take you to your fullest potential- any distance you choose! RUN ATX uses PoseMethod + CFE programming that includes skill development along with high intensity functional strength training. You will become faster, stronger and have a quick recovery all while staying injury free!
RUN ATX 6 week program
This program is great to get started or tune up! Got a 5 or 10K coming up? Want to try integrating CrossFit strength training with your endurance training? 6 Weeks is enough time to get results!

This is an easy to follow poster that will help you hold your Pose for any distance, any speed. Developed by Dr. Romanov for endurance athletes, RUN ATX recommends including the poster as part of your strength exercises at least 2x/week!

Private Training
Schedule a private lesson to make sure that you are working on the skills necessary for your specific running goals. We use video analysis so you can 'see' what you are doing while you run. This way we can teach you what you need to learn to refine your technique. Sessions are generally 1 1/2 hour long.

12 Week Program
12 weeks will give you enough time to reach any distance goal 5K to ultra. New to running? New to CrossFit? No problem, you will learn the skills needed to run and lift with correct form. Experienced runner? Been CrossFit for a while? Awesome- you are ready to take it to the next level! Have a goal race in mind and we will take you to the finish line faster, stronger and you will recover and be able to race again quickly!
